By placing an order on Univers Tibet®, you accept the terms below.
1. Shipping Costs
Delivery fees are automatically calculated on the site based on the delivery address and the total order amount, according to the following scale:

The customer is informed of the amount before confirming their order.
(1) Delivery in metropolitan France only, Andorra, and Monaco. Departments/regions and overseas collectivities (DROM-COM) are not included.
(2) Delivery in Europe: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain.
2. Shipping Time
When you place an order with Univers Tibet®, the processing time is 1 to 2 working days, and the delivery time in metropolitan France is between 2 and 4 days. In Europe, delivery times can range from 3 to 5 working days.
It is important to note the difference between shipping and delivery. Shipping refers to the action of dispatching items from an order. Delivery refers to transporting goods and ensuring their routing to a destination address.
3. Tracking Shipment
At the time of shipment, you will receive a tracking link from which you can follow the progress of the shipment based on the latest updates provided by the carrier.
4. Exceeded Delivery Time
If the delivery time exceeds 20 days, please contact us via the contact form specifying your order number and your contact details so that we can process your request.
5. Products Damaged in Transit
If you find that a product was damaged during transport, please refuse the delivery and contact our customer service via the contact form.
6. Duties and Taxes
VAT is applied to the price of goods.
The prices displayed are inclusive of all taxes (TTC).
7. Cancellations Before Order Processing
If you change your mind before your order is processed, we accept the cancellation. If an order has already been shipped, please refer to the articles concerning the Right of Withdrawal in our General Conditions of Sale.
8. Insurance and Loss by Postal Services
Packages are insured against damage and loss up to the value declared by the carrier. Loss is recorded only if the postal service confirms it. A delivery confirmed by the postal services will be considered valid.
8.1 Products Damaged During Transit
In such a situation, the customer must first send proof of damage(es) to contact@univers-tibet.com (description and attached photos).
8.2 Packages Lost in Transit
In the event that the postal service confirms a loss in transit, Univers Tibet® will proceed with the replacement of the ordered product(s).
