When you make a purchase on Univers Tibet®, we collect the personal information you provide to us, such as your name, address, email address, or phone number, in order to process your order.

Shopify
Univers Tibet® is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the online commerce platform that allows us to sell you Univers Tibet® products.
Your data is stored in Shopify's databases; your data is kept on a secure server protected by a firewall.
For payment, if you make your purchase through a direct payment gateway, Shopify will store your credit card information. This information is encrypted according to the data security standard established by the payments card industry (PCI-DSS standard). Information related to your purchase transaction is retained for as long as necessary to finalize your order. Once your order is finalized, the purchase transaction information is deleted. We therefore do not have direct access to the information you used to make your order. This information passes through Shopify and payment processors.
Indeed, all direct payment gateways comply with the PCI-DSS standard. This payment card industry security standard, PCI-DSS (for Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard in English), is established by the five main card networks (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, DiscoverCard, and JCB). These standards ensure the secure processing of credit card data during your purchases.

Services provided by third-party suppliers that we use will only collect, use, and disclose your information to the extent necessary to provide us with the services they provide, such as payment processing.

SMS Marketing and Email Marketing
By entering your phone number or email address and making a purchase, as well as by subscribing through our marketing mailing list, you agree that we can send you notifications via SMS or email (for your order, including abandoned cart reminders) or promotional offers via SMS marketing or email marketing.
The number of marketing text messages will not exceed 30 per month. You can unsubscribe from any SMS message by replying with the word STOP or unsubscribe via email marketing. Sending text messages or using automation requires you to provide the recipients' phone numbers or emails.
